Diagnosis: Extreme preterm (36 Days)/ Extreme Low Birth Weight (1.76Kgs), Respiratory Distress Syndromes/ Apnea of prematurity/shock/RDS/hyperpigmentation/Sepsis/ Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn/
Previous Hospital: Transferred from Life care Hospital to Starlets Hospital on 6^th Oct 2024
Treatment: NICU admission, emergency surgery (), ventilatory support, multiple transfusions, antibiotics, and supportive care.

Estimated Cost: ₹2-3 Lakhs (for NICU stay, requiring at least 2 more weeks of NICU care)
